Mintirho Business Enterprises, established in 2002, is a 100% Black-owned company that is 75% woman-owned, specialising in General Building works, Civil infrastructure, Mechanical and Electrical Installations. Mintirho ensures and promotes safety, health, environment, and quality by implementing SHEQ policies and procedures and utilising competent safety personnel. Mintirho currently employs 120 permanent employees and 380 Temporary

Mintirho Business Enterprise was awarded a contract by the Development Bank of Southern Africa. The contract requires Mintirho Business Enterprise to build Monnamere Primary School in the Northwest Province school and other.
SP Impact Fund provided R10 000 000 to Mintirho and its subcontractors. This enabled Mintirho Business Enterprise and its sub-contractors to commence the completion of the project.
SP Impact Fund’s capital contribution was essential in helping Mintirho Business Enterprise to build up cash flow and sustain the execution of the project. The capital contribution also played a significant role in creating jobs. A total number of 20 jobs were created
