Magarule Civil Works and Construction was awarded a contract of the value of R 58,900,000 for the Construction of the following:
• Waterfall Estate, Midrand,
• Helderfontein Estate, Fourways.
• Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate
SP Impact Fund provided a total of R10 944 500 to Magarule Civils Works and Construction and their sub-contractors. This enabled the company and its subcontractors to begin work and obtain the materials and supplies required for the contract.
SP Impact Fund’s capital contribution was essential in helping Magarule and its sub-contractors to build up cashflow and sustain the execution of the project. The capital contribution also played a significant role in creating jobs. In total 17 jobs were created.
